We want you to be fully stoked with your order! If something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

Standard Returns

We offer store credit for returns, plus a bonus discount as a thank you for your loyalty.

You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To qualify:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging.

  • You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, email support@thehijinxco.com with your order number and reason for return.

If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your item back.

Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Misprints & Order Issues

Since we work with print-on-demand partners to grow our brand, mistakes can happen. If your item arrives misprinted or defective:

  • It’s yours to keep! 🎁

  • Please send clear photos to support@thehijinxco.com with the subject line MISPRINT.

  • We’ll send you the correct item free of charge.

Many customers have told us their misprinted pieces ended up being their new favorites — just part of the ride with Hijinx!

Non-Returnable Items

Some items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Digital goods

  • Sale and clearance items

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Gift cards

  • Personal care goods (beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials or flammable items

The fastest way to swap an item?

  • Start a return for store credit.

  • Use your credit (plus bonus discount!) to place a new order.

Refunds

Full refunds are rare but may be issued at our discretion if a replacement isn’t possible.

Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven’t seen it, contact support@thehijinxco.com.
